Brandy Junk
Clinical Mental Health MS, LPC (TX LIC 83296)

Raised on the island of Guam, Brandy Junk brings a grounded, compassionate, and culturally aware perspective to her work as a therapist. Her approach to mental health fitness is both unwavering and deeply human — rooted in the belief that caring for the mind is just as essential as caring for the body.
Drawing from both personal and extensive professional experience, her mission is to support those who serve others — including first responders, healthcare professionals, and caregivers — as well as individuals navigating trauma, burnout, addiction, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.
She believes that while we readily understand the need to nourish our bodies to survive, we often overlook the necessity of nourishing our mental and emotional health to truly thrive. Through Guiding Lives Worldwide, Brandy integrates evidence-based practices with authentic connection to provide meaningful support for the mind, body, and spirit.
Her professional background spans first responder support, acute care settings, substance use rehabilitation, and private practice. This breadth of experience allows her to meet clients where they are — whether in crisis, recovery, transition, or growth.
Brandy frequently speaks on topics including empowerment and inspiration, mindfulness (present awareness, self-compassion, and compassion for others), burnout and compassion fatigue, and overall mental health fitness and wellness.
Above all, Brandy believes that the success of therapy depends on a strong, trusting, and genuine therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work is not simply about symptom management — it is about fostering resilience, clarity, and lasting transformation.
